CALL CENTRE ( CODE : CAC )
Qualifications:

  • Male / Female,
  • With age maximum 33 years
  • Holding at least a Bachelor Degree in Public Health / Nurse
  • Preferably have experience working as Call Center / Telemarketing / Customer Service
  • Having good communication skills
  • Must be Computer literate (MS Word & Excel)
  • Customer Service orientation
  • Willing to work shifting and working on Sundays / public holidays

Call Center Staff
Qualifications:

  • Female/Male
  • With age below 35 years old
  • Candidates must be holding at least a Diploma Degree (D3) majoring in any field
  • Must have at least 1 year of working experience as Call Center
  • Having good personality
  • Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Diligent, thorough and eager to learn
  • Willing to work in shift
